Is this company a scam?

My mom ordered a laptop for me from a company by the name of Sweepstakes Clearinghouse on the 20th of June and its now the 1st of July. It still hasn't arrived in the mail yet. I know that a laptop takes awhile to arrive in the mail, usually about 5 to 7 business days. It shouldn't take this long though I think. Do you think it is a scam?
