Can you meet bands at concerts without backstage passes?

yep, well I met Justin Bieber without passes... so nothing is impossible! what I did, was to find the hotel and just sit in the lobby and wait... well that worked for us... and he was nice ;) but umm ask some people at the venue about them taking you backstage, I did that and got to see take that backstage :D Xx
