Whats happened to my wii and game?

I was just playing on Sims 3 (wii) which i had just only brought from the shops like an hour before and it started freezing really bad and my wii started making noises, i turned it off and checked the disk and it looked fine to me, so i put it back in and started playing again then 5 minutes later my wii done the same thing, then i took it out and the wii was red hot and it wouldn't play any games so i left it and tried the next day but it kept coming up on the menu the disk is unreadable and sometimes there was an error message aswell, i tried a few other games as well and it done the same thing, i have looked on the nintendo website and it doesn't say anything? could some one help me. thank you!
