Do you believe Jagr when he said he turned down more to play for Philadelphia?

Jagr took the Flyers $3.3 mil offer. Detroit pulled out of the Jagr sweepstakes so it wasn't them. The Pens (reportedly) offered $2 mil. Do you think the Pens upped their offer or another team offered? Or do you think Jagr is lying?
