How do you sign up for Seventeen Magazine freebies?

i've been trying for awhile to sign up but i can't seem to find the right button to click or something? the magazine told me to go to seventeen.com/freebies and sign up there. it has a button called "enter now" and "official sweepstakes rules" but that's it. help!!!!
