When do I find out if I won the Lulu's shoes sweepstakes in the April edition of Seventeen magazine?

I doubt I won, but if I did when will I get my email? Will it be when the contest is over (April 19th), right after I enter, or a few days after I enter? Also will they send me an email letting me know if I didn't win? Please answer thank you!
