Fallout New Vegas Help (Honest Hearts)?

Okay, I just finished the last quest, Flight from Zion, but I go and talk to Daniel and say yes let's go, the game loads then tells me I lost Joshua Graham as a follower so I don't have the perk that he gives you. Then the game loads and says detonator was added to inventory and my game loads to right were I'm looking at the Pine Creek Tunnel gate, at this point my game isn't frozen, I can still go to the Menu on my PS3, and pause the game, but my person can't move around. Can anyone help me?????? :(
